Course Description:

Program of instruction geared specifically toward close quarter confrontation where an operator has no access to a firearm, must think quickly on their feet and have the knowledge and skill to employ any object in their immediate vicinity as a weapon of opportunity. Course is perfect for anyone placed in an environment where it may be necessary to rapidly identify and deploy a weapon of opportunity, apply an immediate and low-tech improvised weapon within the range of lethal to less-lethal use-of-force options, escape from a hostage situation, immobilize, takedown and otherwise gain control of any attacker using the environment and/ or weapons of opportunity. As with all Operational Skills Group programs of instruction this is NOT a martial arts course.
