Carbine I will begin with an overview of the use of the carbine in typical "real world" applications including safety, stance, zeroing for iron sights and optics, sight alignment, trigger control, field stripping and maintenance. The class will also cover reloads, presentation, shooting positions, introduction to different skill drills, malfunction drills, shooting on the move, and transitions to the backup weapon. There will also be an introduction to timed fire drills and evaluations based on class skill level.
